10x revenue in 8 weeks.
From broken Wix site to real marketplace.
Emmanuel came to WorkWez with a broken Wix website making $1,200 a month and a great idea. Eight weeks later, BounceHouse360 was a live party rental marketplace doing $15,000 a month.

The problem: a business trapped in a website builder
BounceHouse360 had real demand from parents booking bounce houses and party equipment, and a website that couldn't serve it. The Wix site was broken, bookings were handled manually, and there was no way for rental vendors to manage their own listings.
Emmanuel didn't need a prettier website. He needed marketplace infrastructure: vendors managing inventory, customers booking and paying online, and an admin view of the whole operation. None of that fits in a site builder.
The risk was the classic founder trap: spending a year and a fortune on development before learning whether the model works at scale. The build had to be fast, focused, and complete enough to run a real business on day one.
What we built: a complete marketplace, from scratch
Customer-facing marketplace
Browse, book, and pay for party rentals across multiple cities. Fast, mobile-first, and built for conversion rather than decoration.
Vendor portal
Each rental vendor manages their own listings, availability, and bookings. No more phone-call coordination or manual calendar juggling.
Admin panel
Full operational view: bookings, vendors, payouts, and disputes in one place, so Emmanuel runs the business instead of patching it.
Support system
Customer inquiries and issue tracking wired into the platform, keeping response times fast as booking volume grew 10x.
What changed
📈$1,200/month became $15,000/month: 10x revenue growth within 8 weeks of going live.
Live in 8 weeks: complete marketplace, vendor portal, admin panel, and support system, from scratch.
🏙️3 cities and growing. The platform was built to add vendors and locations without new development.
100% code ownership. Emmanuel owns the entire platform, with no lock-in and no platform fees eating margin.
“We went from a broken Wix website making $1,200 a month to a full marketplace doing $15,000 a month in under two months. WorkWez did not just build a product. They built a real business for me.”
Questions about this project,
answered straight.
Ruthless scoping. The research stage identified exactly which features the business needed to operate: bookings, vendor management, payments, support. Everything else was deferred. Full design was approved before code, so the build ran without direction changes.
The platform was architected for growth: new vendors, cities, and categories are configuration, not code. WorkWez stays involved after launch, shipping improvements as the business learns what customers want.
Every build is quoted as a fixed cost after a free discovery call. See workwez.com/pricing.md for how pricing works. Marketplace scope varies more than most projects, which is exactly why the scoping stage exists.
