Emmanuel had real demand: parents booking bounce houses and party equipment. What he didn't have was a website that could serve it. His Wix site was broken, bookings were handled manually, and there was no way for rental vendors to manage their own listings.
He didn't need a prettier website. He needed marketplace infrastructure: vendors managing inventory, customers booking and paying online, an admin view of the whole operation. None of that fits in a site builder.
WorkWez built the full marketplace from scratch: a customer-facing booking flow, a vendor portal so rental operators manage their own listings, an admin panel covering bookings and payouts, and a support system wired into the platform.
Eight weeks after kickoff, BounceHouse360 was live. Revenue went from $1,200 a month to $15,000 a month, and the platform was built to add vendors and cities without new development.
