Services

WorkWez provides custom software development, AI automation systems, and related digital services to clients on a project or retainer basis. All engagements are governed by a separate project agreement signed before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all code, design files, and assets produced for their project. WorkWez retains no licensing rights to client-specific deliverables.

Payment

Project fees are agreed upfront in writing. Work begins upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Milestone payments follow the schedule outlined in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

WorkWez's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
