TEAM COMMUNICATION

Slack that tells you
exactly what you need to know.

Every alert, onboarding event, and client update in the systems WorkWez builds lands in Slack: structured, routed, and standardized so nothing important drowns in noise.

HOW WE USE IT

A two-channel structure for every client

Agencies don't have a communication problem; they have a routing problem. Information exists, but it lives in the wrong inbox. WorkWez builds a standardized two-channel Slack structure per client: one external channel for client communication, one internal channel for team coordination.

Every automated system routes into this structure. KPI alerts for a client's Google Ads account land in that client's internal channel. Onboarding progress posts as it happens. Audit deadlines remind the assigned auditor directly.

Channels are created automatically during onboarding: names, members, pinned context, and integrations included. The 40th client gets the same structure as the first, because no human sets it up.

IN PRODUCTION

What we build with Slack

Automated channel provisioning

Client channels created, named, and populated with the right team members the moment onboarding starts, pinned docs and integrations included.

KPI alert routing

30+ Google Ads alert types route to the right client channel with account context attached, so the person seeing the alert can act on it immediately.

Operational notifications

New bookings, audit assignments, deadline reminders, and silent-client warnings surface where the team already lives. No dashboard checking required.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about Slack,
answered straight.

Only if they're unrouted. The point of the two-channel structure is that every alert lands in a channel where it's relevant to everyone who sees it. Severity thresholds are tuned per client, and alerts that need action tag the responsible person directly.

That's exactly what the external channel is for. Clients get a dedicated shared channel with your team, while the internal channel keeps your coordination private. Both are created automatically per client.

The same architecture (automated provisioning, alert routing, standardized structure) can be built on Teams via its API. Slack is where we run it daily, but the systems aren't Slack-exclusive.
